Delivery Service

Deliveries are to Great Britain and Northern Ireland only. Large items are usually delivered within 2-5 days, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. Cost for delivery is FREE.
Smaller items are sent directly to you as soon as they are ready, usually within 1-3 days and the cost is FREE.
Delivery is free for UK mainland orders over £500.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 7.30 am-8.00 pm.
Please note that delivery of certain items to Northern Ireland will be subject to increased lead times from those shown. Selected items may not be available for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Check Your Delivery

At the point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number advised on the handheld electronic device or the delivery note, so that your delivery can be recorded accurately. We recommend You complete a full check of all items within 7 days of the day of delivery. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition.

We offer a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please contact us or notify your local store within 7 days and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we can.

Pre-Assembled & Flat Packed

At JASSFERRY Store we like to ensure you know exactly what you are getting. During our delivery service, some items may come pre-assembled, while others will come flat packed.

We are not liable for delays caused by any local or national restrictions imposed in relation to Post strike or the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic.
